The Silver Sneakers workout class offers lower intensity workouts for both the beginner and the more mature client alike. This program focuses on building strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility in an enjoyable and fun atmosphere!

Cross Training

Join Dayna’s CrossTraining group if you are interested in a total body conditioning experience! This option is great for those looking for a program that balances strength and cardio training. While this is a group program, exercises are customized regularly to meet the needs of individuals whether they be just starting or are healing from a sports injury. Come to be challenged in a positive and fun atmosphere.

Small Group Training

The Small Group training program offers a semi-private workout experience for 2-8 individuals with similar fitness goals and abilities. With your small group you will receive quality training with Dayna tailored to the goals of your group within a culture of accountability. This economic option can help you prep for game day during off season, prep for a marathon, or just get in shape with the community of your choosing! If you want to join a group, several options are available for men and women. Details below.

Outdoor Bootcamp

The Outdoor Bootcamp has been specially designed by Dayna for building strength, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance through functional movements, calisthenics, weights, and cardio. Two times are offered to accommodate your schedule and workouts are tailored so that individuals of all life stages can participate! Come join the low pressure atmosphere and great camaraderie!

Individual Training

With the traditional Individual Training option, Dayna will tailor workouts to fit your personal goals and needs. This option is fantastic if you want an individualized experience in which you can develop a deeper understanding of your fitness goals and how to reach them.
